Application: place the cuff on your bare upper arm, with the lower edge 2-3 cm above the crook of the elbow, with the tube pointing towards the center of your palm. The cuff should be firm but not too tight (two fingers of space). Sit quietly and relax for 5 minutes. Start the measurement with the touch button. Thanks to the inflation technology, the value is determined during inflation. Data can then be transferred via Bluetooth to the app.
