Indications

Simple to use, the ACTIPOCHE pad must be prepared without its cover:

For hot use: in the microwave (450 W power): 3x5 seconds maximum or in hot water (not boiling, < 80°C): 30 seconds maximum

Then apply the pad, in its cover, to the painful area for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

For cold use: in the refrigerator: approximately 3 hours or in the freezer: 7 minutes maximum

Then apply the pad, in its cover, to the painful area for 20 minutes maximum.

Do not use cold in case of ocular rosacea or dry eye.
