Cutimed® Siltec Sorbact is a dressing composed of an acetate fabric coated with DACC (dialkylcarbamoyl chloride), a superabsorbent polyurethane foam, and a silicone adhesive border.

The foam and integrated superabsorbents ensure vertical absorption of exudate. The DACC coating gives the dressing hydrophobic properties. The breathable film allows moisture to pass through.

The silicone adhesive border allows for gentle fixation and atraumatic dressing changes.
